Fruit & vegetable wholesaler: from Excel to a system for prices, orders and analytics — first version in 3 days

A fruit and vegetable wholesaler in Astana turned the supplier price list into prices for retail chains by hand every week and collected orders from a messenger. We started on the morning of October 8 and loaded the first real price list the same day; on day two the client’s staff worked in the system on their own, on day three store orders were going through it. A week in, the owner was using it to see which products earn margin and which don’t sell.

Payroll automation for a coffee shop chain: from Excel to shift-based pay in three weeks

We automated payroll for a coffee shop chain in Kazakhstan that used to pull shifts, rates and bonuses together by hand in a 15-sheet Excel workbook. In three weeks we built a shift and time-tracking system: a schedule, geolocated arrival check-in, automatic accruals with penalties and bonuses, a payment log, mobile access for staff and the owner, iiko integration and a dashboard of key metrics. It went live on real data 11 days after the start.
