That’s by design. No spec needed — we turn business tasks into a work plan ourselves. Requirements may change on the go: a subscription allows it, unlike fixed-price.
It depends on the product. We plan the first working version after the estimate; AI helps with repetitive stages, and the delivery date is fixed before work starts.
You. The code is yours from day one; App Store and Google Play accounts are registered to your company. We only get access to work.
Servers, backups, 24/7 monitoring, dependency updates, bug fixes and small improvements — all inside the plan, no separate bills.
By default the infrastructure is on our account — that’s how we guarantee uptime and reaction speed. Your servers are possible — we’ll discuss terms at the review.
We switch to a more active mode (Development → Growth) or agree a one-off spike as a separate clear bill — in advance, no month-end surprises.
Yes. Minimum term is 3 months, then pause or leave with one month’s notice. The code stays with you; we hand over the infrastructure within the plan.
