AProva — request and payment approvals with 1C integration
One workspace for payment, purchasing and business-trip requests: an employee submits a request, a manager approves it from a phone, and the approved document is sent to 1C automatically.
Task
Approvals spread across chats, email and Excel took several days. Invoices went missing, data had to be entered twice, and managers lacked a clear view of budget balances or the step holding up a request. The team needed a straightforward web product connecting the whole workflow to the accounting system.

One inbox for every request
Payments, purchases, business trips, IT expenses, office operations, marketing and contracts are collected in one feed. Each department can use its own template while management keeps a complete overview.

A request in one minute
An employee completes a short form on desktop or mobile. Counterparty data is filled from the business identifier, invoices and documents are attached, and a previous request can be copied and adjusted.

Approval from anywhere
A manager receives a link with the details and PDF and makes a decision on any device. The chain shows the author, approvers, current step, comments and the full history of changes.

The workflow ends in 1C
Once approved, the request becomes a document in 1C Accounting or Small Business Management. Details, counterparties, budget categories and attachments sync without repeat manual entry.

AProva turns fragmented approvals into a transparent digital flow: a request takes about 60 seconds to create, decisions can be made on any device, the budget is checked before spending, and approved data and documents move into 1C automatically.
