Task
College admission ran offline and on paper: queues, manual checks, fragmented regional data. A single online platform was needed that could withstand the peak load of the admission campaign.

From paper intake to one service
Instead of fragmented document submission, applicants and colleges needed one digital journey covering everything from choosing an institution to the admission committee’s decision.
A clear starting point for applicants
The public area brings together the college catalog, study areas, specialties and filters. Applicants can explore their options before signing in, then continue via an email link or one-time code.
Applications and documents online
The applicant selects colleges and specialties, completes the application, attaches documents and signs the submission digitally. The review status remains available in the personal account.
A dedicated admission-office workspace
College staff use a separate role-based workspace. It brings together the application register, applicant documents, committee decisions and enrollment orders.
